ANA redesigns sign language pin badge
The ANA Group is introducing a redesigned sign language badge to be worn by cabin attendants and airport staff who have obtained a level four or higher in either the Japanese Sign Language Proficiency Test or the Japanese National Sign Language Certification.
The new badge, which depicts a heart formed by two intersecting fingers, has been designed to be more visible than its predecessor, so its enhanced visibility ensures customers who require sign language support can easily identify and approach staff with confidence.
