The Airline Passenger Experience Awards 2024 have taken place at the APEX trade show and conference, held in Long Beach, California.

Hosted by Aaron Heslehurst from the BBC Talking Business programme, alongside APEX CEO Dr. Joe Leader and Mary Kirby from the Runway Girl Network website, the event was attended by scores of industry experts, airlines and suppliers. A special address was made by Akbar Al Baker of Qatar Airways, who was also presented with an achievement award.
