Global emergency exit marking and cabin lighting systems manufacturer STG Aerospace, has today announced the appointment of Martin Gaffney to head up its commercial division and lead the company’s expansion over the next five years.
The company has facilities in Miami and Hamburg, with hubs throughout the world, in addition to “state-of-the-art” facilities at its headquarters in Cwmbran, South Wales.
The company also provides photoluminescent signage and interior cabin lighting systems, to deliver proven reliability, performance enhancements and improve the passenger experience.
The company provides full through life capability, with in-house expertise to support the whole process, from initial design to manufacturing, certification and post-sale customer support and is key in influencing policy within the sector.
Gaffney’s appointment is part of an expansion programme that will provide all-round service to airlines, OEMs and aerospace interior designer.
Upon his appointment, Gaffney said: “The objective is to drive double digit growth for the business in the next five years, expanding into new aviation markets and broadening the product range we offer.
