Andy Bentley, formerly of Atlas Air, is to join the commercial team at Network Aviation Group.

Bentley will be primarily involved with business development for Network Airline Management’s (NAM) Managed Fleet which operates four B747Fs on a scheduled and worldwide charter basis.

Bentley brings a wealth of air cargo and charter experience which Network Aviation Group says will be invaluable to the business.

He will be based at the company’s Eagle House HQ.

Network Aviation Group heads up a complete division of wholly owned and inter-related aviation companies which started life more than 35 ago and has grown extensively since, covering virtually all aspects of aviation cargo sales, logistics and management of freighter and passenger aircraft.

Network Aviation Group was originally formed in 1985 in London, and now spans five continents.

It offers a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters around the world.

The group currently handles over 80,000 tonnes of cargo annually with a turnover in excess of £300 million.

Network Airline Management (NAM) recently took delivery of its latest Boeing 747 production freighter aircraft (B747F).

The additional aircraft takes NAM’s current B747F fleet to a total of four.
