Brazil-based Gol Airlines, has selected the Fox Training Management System from Qualtero to enhance its operational efficiency. The airlines’ corporate university, “Academia de Águias”, also took part in the selection process, and will use the system when implemented.
The collaboration is set to streamline operations, focusing on key areas of qualification management, grading for pilots and cabin crew, and training scheduling using Fox’s patented optimisation engine. In addition Fox will serve as an enterprise compliance management solution.

Qualtero (formerly Britannica Knowledge Systems) can already count major airlines including BA, Ryanair and Wizz Air as Fox system customers.
