C&L Aerospace is to purchase regional airline Hokkaido Air System’s three Saab 340B aircraft and will be taking delivery between April 2021 and January 2022.

C&L noted that it concluded a ten Saab aircraft deal with Japan Air Commuter in early 2021.

“Our years of experience with this aircraft enable us to match them with the right operator who will benefit from all the plane has to offer,” commented C&L Aerospace executive vice president Jameel Wazir.

C&L Aerospace is headquartered in the USA and is a C&L Aviation Group company. It is one of the largest Saab 340 MRO facilities in the world and provides aftermarket support.

Hokkaido Air System operates scheduled services in Hokkaidō and Aomori Prefecture, Japan from a main base of operations at Okadama Airport in Higashi-ku, Sapporo. It is a private company controlled by Japan Airlines.
