Nayak and Vueling have created a joint venture (JV) maintenance company in Barcelona, Spain called Yellow Technic by Nayak.

Vueling has awarded Nayak a contract to provide line maintenance services on its A320 family aircraft at its main Barcelona base from September 2021, through the new JV. Nayak already serves the airline at bases in Italy, France and Holland.
