Alaska Airlines has extended its long-standing airframe services contract with HAECO Americas.
HAECO will continue to provide heavy maintenance and modification services on the airline’s fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft at its Greensboro, North Carolina, facility, though to 2027.
Commenting on the partnership, Alaska Airlines’ vice president of maintenance and engineering Don Wright said: “We value our ongoing partnership with HAECO as one of our key heavy maintenance service providers. This extended partnership helps support Alaska’s fleet growth in the coming years.”
The existing partnership between the companies also includes interior reconfiguration and engineering services delivered by HAECO Cabin Solutions in addition to airframe services provided by HAECO Americas.
HAECO Americas’ president Bill Collins said: “Alaska Airlines has been a valued customer of HAECO for more than 11 years. As one of our longest-running maintenance programmes, we are proud to continue our relationship with the airline.”
