Since early 2023, ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia (ExecuJet) has completed back-to-back maintenance checks at its facility at Subang Airport on Dassault Falcon aircraft, including Falcon 2000EX, Falcon 900LX, Falcon 7X, and Falcon 8X.

Ivan Lim, regional vice president Asia at ExecuJet MRO Services, said: “Our status as the region’s major Dassault MRO facility is driving new demand.

“The customers appreciate that our engineers and technicians are trained by Dassault, coupled with our regional experience for which we have numerous testimonies from our clients over the years.”

From pre-purchase inspections to scheduled inspections, ExecuJet has expanded its Falcon service activities. In a recent case, the service centre repainted the livery and refurbished
the cabin of a Falcon 8X, combined with scheduled heavy maintenance work to optimise ground time.

Lim continued: “We now support all production Falcon models, and most legacy models. With the increasing number of Falcon aircraft in Asia, we are witnessing a surge in demand for line and base maintenance work as well as pre-purchase inspection work.”

ExecuJet states that Falcon work accounts for more than half of its Executive MRO Services Malaysia’s business, and that it continues to ramp up efforts to onboard talent, including hiring maintenance technicians and engineers certified to work on Falcon aircraft.
