Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia (GMF AeroAsia) has appointed Andi Fahrurrozi as its new CEO, replacing I Wayan Susena.

Fahrurrozi previously served as director of business and base operations at the company. He will be tasked with ensuring the Covid-19 recovery steps taken “can maintain liquidity” while improving the company’s financial position.

The announcement of the new CEO was made at GMF AeroAsia’s annual general meeting of shareholders. In it, the resignation of Bobby Rasyidin as independent commissioner was ratified, along with the reappointment of Ali Gunawan and appointment of Agit Atriantio as independent commissioners.

Pudjo Sarwoko was and appointed as director of human capital and corporate affairs, replacing Erman Noor Adi.

GMF AeroAsia also appointed Jaka Ari Triyoga as director of line operation and Ananta Widjaja as director of business and base operation.
