PassionAir has selected Rusada’s ‘ENVISION’ software to manage its airworthiness, maintenance, and flight operations.
The Accra, Ghana-based airline operates a fleet of De Havilland Dash 8’s to serve destinations across the country. It has plans in place to expand its routes and fleet.
PassionAir will adopt seven of ENVISION’s modules, including ‘Fleet Management’, ‘Base & Line MRO’, ‘Flight Operations’, and ‘Human Resources’, which will be used to ensure regulatory compliance, effectively manage maintenance activities, and support day-to-day operations.
“We were looking for a more professional system that would bring our airline together and make our activities more efficient as we grow,” said PassionAir’s technical services manager Philip Nartey. “We are now looking forward to working with Rusada to get the system in place and prepare for go-live.”
Rusada’s web-based solution will be implemented by in-house deployment experts, with a view to go live early next year.
Julian Stourton, CEO at Rusada, said: “PassionAir are another very welcome addition to our growing customer base in Africa. With their planned growth in mind, now is the perfect time for them to implement a modern software solution that can streamline their operations. I know our teams are eager to get started on what promises to be another exciting implementation project.”
