Dynamatic Technologies has been awarded a contract from Airbus to manufacture and supply the main passenger doors, service doors, cargo doors and over-wing emergency exit doors for the A220.
According to Dynamatic Technologies, the contract is one of the largest to be placed with an Indian manufacturer by any global aviation OEM, and showcases the success of the Indian government’s ‘Make In India’ initiative.
Over the past decade, Airbus and Dynamatic Technologies have collaborated to develop a fully qualified ecosystem of over 100 aerospace companies.
Dynamatic Technologies intends to work with large supplier partners such as Mahindra Aerostructure, Motherson Aerospace, Aequs, Wipro Aerospace and Ferra Aerospace.
