Michael Fleck has been appointed vice president sales Americas at aircraft storage, disassembly, and transition services provider, ecube.
Fleck joins ecube from Aviation Technical Services (ATS) and will be responsible for driving the continuous growth of ecube’s Coolidge, Arizona, base.
Fleck’s previous roles include being director of both business development and engineering, along with experience in the OEM space.
Before ATS, Fleck spent 18 years at The Boeing Company in various leadership roles, including leading all of the aftermarket part sales and customer service organisation. He also grew Rossell-Techsys Inc’s US-based division as vice president of sales and marketing.
Fleck said: “I’m excited to join ecube at a very interesting time for the industry in the US. The company is already ahead with its focus on quality, efficiency, and reuse, repurpose, recycle approach. I’ll be sharing these ideas with the US market as we grow the business in the States.”
Steven Taylor, ecube chief commercial officer, said: “Michael brings a wealth of commercial experience from across the Americas to our organisation. His appointment will enhance our ability to present ecube’s offerings to current and prospective customers in the world’s largest aviation market.”
Fleck will be working with the global commercial division at ecube to ensure customers in the Americas have access to ecube’s services at all three of its locations in the US, UK and Spain.
