HAECO is to provide support for Nippon Cargo Airlines in the maintenance of GEnx nacelle components, including inlet cowls, fan cowls, and thrust reversers, for its Boeing 747-8 fleet.
The service will be provided at HAECO’s composite facilities in Jinjiang, Chinese Mainland, one of the largest facilities of its kind in the region.

The agreement signing ceremony took place in Jinjiang, with representatives from Nippon Cargo Airlines, including Toru Watanabe, vice president of engineering and maintenance, Takeshi Goto, general manager of maintenance planning, engineering and maintenance, as well as Sunny Mirchandani, general manager and Chong Tat Nyin, vice president of aftermarket business development of HAECO Composite Services.

In addition to GEnx nacelle components maintenance, HAECO also provides Nippon Cargo Airlines with other MRO support, including base maintenance, line maintenance, and inventory technical support services.
