ILS integrates SmartCert and ProvenAir to enhance aftermarket document visibility
Aerospace marketplace, Inventory Locator Service, LLC (ILS), has announced integrations with SmartCert and ProvenAir Technologies, companies specialised in digitising trace and quality documentation for the aviation supply chain.
Together, the three firms aim to help suppliers transform documentation visibility from a pain point into a competitive advantage — all while making the buying process faster, trusted, and more transparent across the aviation aftermarket.
SmartCert automates quality certification management, while ProvenAir Technologies uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate back-to-birth (BtB) trace timelines for life-limited parts.

Suppliers using SmartCert or ProvenAir Technologies will now have the integrated company logo displayed alongside their ILS inventory listings, signalling to buyers that documentation for those parts is available.
