Independent jet engine MRO provider CTS Engines (CTS) has appointed Bill Kircher as its new chief executive officer, succeeding Vesa Paukkeri who will transition to the role of chief commercial officer.
With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Kircher brings extensive knowledge of turbofan engines, operational excellence, and an extensive array of MRO solutions to the CTS team.
He has held multiple executive leadership positions at prominent aerospace companies, including four years at Triumph Group as executive vice president of Triumph Systems and Support.
Kircher also spent 18 years with United Technologies in various leadership roles, including president of Pratt & Whitney’s MRO operations in Asia.
