A new company has emerged in the French aerospace supply chain sector with the creation of SuprAero Equipement, formed through the merger of Supraero and Aéro Equipement.

The newly established brand aims to become a key player in the distribution of technical components and logistics solutions for the aerospace, defence, and MRO industries.

With a combined catalogue of over 57,000 parts and a network of more than 350 certified suppliers, SuprAero Equipement offers an integrated portfolio of services that includes the distribution of onboard components and chemicals, custom kit solutions, regulatory expertise, and optimized supply chain management.

The company employs over 40 people and positions itself as a strategic and agile partner in a rapidly evolving industry.

SuprAero Equipement is also setting its sights on international expansion, particularly in Europe and Asia, serving aerospace and defence manufacturers, operators, and industrial players.

To lead this new chapter, Guillaume Forestier has been appointed chief executive of SuprAero Equipement. With extensive experience in the aerospace and defence industries, as well as in strategic development, he brings a clear, ambitious vision focused on innovation and expansion.

Forestier said: “This merger marks a new beginning, allowing us to expand geographically and diversify strategically to better serve our current and future customers. Thanks to the commitment of our teams and the quality of our services, we aim to be a long-term partner to aerospace and defence manufacturers, offering solutions tailored to their challenges.

The initiative aligns with the international growth strategy of Supratec Group, the parent company of SuprAero Equipement.

Yoann Hébert, president of Supratec Group, said: “The launch of this new brand reinforces our ambition of international development and our commitment to long-standing customers.”
