SriLankan Engineering has announced its new line maintenance agreement with Smartwings at Bandaranaike International Airport, Sri Lanka.
In a post on their LinkedIn page on January 4, 2024, the aircraft maintenance service provider said it was “thrilled” to serve the Czech airline.
Smartwings is the largest Czech airline and one of the fastest growing air carriers in Central Europe belonging to the Smartwings Group.
The social media post by SriLankan Engineering stated: “This landmark agreement solidifies our presence as a leading provider of line maintenance services in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, further strengthening our position as a trusted partner for airlines across the globe.
“Through this agreement, our highly skilled and experienced team will ensure the safe and efficient operation of their aircraft, minimising downtime and maximising their utilisation at Bandaranaike International Airport.
“We’re confident that this partnership will unlock new opportunities for both Smartwings and us. Together, we will continue to deliver world-class services, ensuring the smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers around the world.”
