Air Côte d’Ivoire is the latest carrier to implement aircraft connectivity solutions by Sitaonair.

The west African airline will deploy inflight connectivity across its new fleet of A320neo aircraft starting in September 2020.

Air Côte d’Ivoire’s new fleet will enter service with both Sitaonair’s Mobile Onair and Internet Onair wifi over Inmarsat’s GX Aviation network. GX Aviation inflight broadband solution can now be accessed by passengers travelling on various airlines.

Air Côte d’Ivoire hopes to meet increasing passenger demand for speed and seamless connection onboard.

Sitaonair’s Internet Onair portal also provides Air Côte d’Ivoire with a host of additional services with the potential for new ancillary revenue, as well as personalised content for its passengers.

The addition of this service on top of enhanced wifi connections offers the airline and its passengers’ connectivity options. Passengers can have mobile connection in the air, as well as on the ground, while increased connectivity bandwidth provides enhanced reliability.
