Accessibility has been improved with the introduction of braille signage throughout the cabin. Visually impaired passengers will now have access to braille row number indicators and lavatory signage, reinforcing Wizz Air’s dedication to inclusivity and passenger convenience.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Airbus Airspace cabin to our fleet, setting a new standard for passenger experience at Wizz Air,” said Michael Delehant, Senior Chief Commercial and Operations Officer at Wizz Air. “This refreshed design, with its cutting-edge features and enhanced accessibility, represents our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible journey for all travellers.”
Wizz Air is an all Airbus operator with a fleet of over 180 A320 Family aircraft currently in operation. The new aircraft are the first of an order of 75 A321neo-family aircraft placed in 2023. The LCC plans a number of additional routes that take advantage of the longer range of the new aircraft.
