American extends software contract

American Airlines is to renew it’s contract with software provider Accelya for the FLX Passenger Platform.

Under the new long-term agreement, American Airlines will continue to harness the package to create, differentiate, and bundle its offers across all channels.

Sam Gilliland, Chief Executive Officer at Accelya, said“Airlines all around the world are modernizing and taking control of their retailing via NDC.
