ACS UK, the UK arm of AVIC Cabin Systems has announced that it is ready to take new business orders from prospective clients.

In 2022 the supplier of galleys, monuments and feature panels had taken a decision to reduce its offerings to new business in order to focus upon the delivery of the programmes acquired from Bournemouth-based AIM Altitude Ltd. ACS UK bought AIM Altitude out of administration in 2022 and immediately had to work to capacity in order to ensure orders from existing clients were fulfilled.

With these products delivered, ACS UK is now open and ready for new business.

Nigel McSorley, CEO of ACS UK, said: “We have been quietly but busily working in the background to safeguard future product offerings, and several key programmes are already underway.”

ACS is owned by China-based parent company AVIC Aerospace Intl. Co. It has UK facilities in Bournemouth and Cambridge as well as resource in China and in New Zealand.
