Aircraft interior solutions specialist Bucher Group has won the Excellent Customer Support award in the Airbus Customer Support Awards.

    This is the ninth year the company has won this prestigious award. The award recognises customer support performance by selected cabin equipment suppliers regarding products, services and costs and is based on the results of a survey of global airline customers.

    The award also reflects Airbus’ rating for supplier engagement, spares and repair performance and provided support and is designed to guide Airbus customers during their equipment selection process. Eligible suppliers are rated against these key criteria.

    Bucher’s successful customer-centric approach and commitment was recognised once again with the company achieving this excellent result. Commenting on the award, Beat Burlet, CEO of Bucher Group said:
