Cathay Pacific is to introduce a new menu of “Hong Kong Flavours” onboard as part of the airline’s extended collaboration with Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant, Duddell’s.

Following the launch of its partnership with the eatery in February 2023, the airline will continue to make dishes under the Duddle’s brand available to customers travelling in First and Business class on selected long-haul flights departing from Hong Kong.
