Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, have launched its Premium Economy experience for travellers flying to and from Singapore.
The launch has taking place with one of Emirates’ upgraded four-class A380 aircraft, which is deployed on flights EK 354 and EK 355 between Singapore and Dubai.
Rashid Al Ardha, Emirates’ country manager in Singapore and Brunei, said: “The deployment of our newest product marks a significant milestone for our operations in Singapore, as it solidifies our strong commitment to providing customer-centric and future-forward inflight experiences for travellers.
“We’re confident that our new cabin class will cater to the requirements of both business and leisure travellers, offering them a world-class product that’s unique and exceptional.”
Some of the key features of Premium Economy include generous seating with a pitch of up to 40 inches and a comfortable 19.5 inches width for working and relaxing, and a 13.3” entertainment screen. There are also customised features that offer function and convenience such as in-seat charging points and a side cocktail table.
On a four-class Emirates A380, the Premium Economy cabin is located at the front of the main deck with 56 seats laid out in a 2-4-2 configuration.
