Guy Bradley has been announced as the Chair of the Board of Cathay Group from May 13 2026. He replaces Patrick Healy who is to retire.

Mr. Bradley, also the Chairman of operating conglomerate Swire Pacific Limited and a Director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, said: “As Chair of the Cathay Group, my focus will be on working closely with the leadership team on enhancing the Cathay Group’s overall performance, as well as continuing to support Hong Kong, our home city, and strengthening its status as a leading international aviation hub.”

Guy Bradley brings extensive global leadership experience to the role. Since joining the Swire Group in 1987, he has held senior positions across Hong Kong SAR, the Chinese Mainland, Japan, the Middle East, the United States, and other key markets. He currently serves—and will continue to serve— as Chairman of Swire Pacific Limited, John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, Swire Properties Limited, and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited.
