Jamco to acquire cabin equipment supplier Schüschke

Jamco Corporation has announced the acquisition of cabin equipment manufacturer Schüschke. The transaction is expected to close in February, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1986, Baden‑Württemberg-based Schüschke is an supplier of lavatory washbasins, countertops and customised cabin interior components for commercial aviation. Under the leadership of CEO Uta Peter, the company has strengthened its engineering and certification capabilities and achieved growth.

As part of the transaction, Bain Capital-owned Jamco Corporation will acquire 100% of Schüschke’s shares from a vehicle managed by Silver Investment Partners and other investors. Following the acquisition, Schüschke will continue operating as an independent company within Jamco’s global interiors platform, ensuring continuity for customers, leadership team and employees.

Since Bain Capital installed a new senior leadership team at Jamco last year it has made a number of acquisitions. These include Florida-based IHFA and Italian cabin equip. manufacturer Iacobucci HF.
