Jamco on a Quest for Elegance with new business class seat

Jamco has unveiled a new business class seat concept.

The aircraft interior products supplier and turnkey integrator said the ‘Quest for Elegance’ seat had been designed to meet demand for an “inventive, spacious seat for high density business class interior cabins without compromising comfort”.

The seat features a new patented angled tilt monitor and an industrial design focusing on elegance while maintaining competitive density.

The tilting entertainment screen offers wide-angle adjustment, allowing passengers to enjoy entertainment in either reclined, sleep, or bed mode position. The tilting monitor option results in 30 per cent more knee space than any other high density business class seat, according to Jamco.

For those travelling in pairs, the Quest seat offers a full-flat bed when two centre seats are combined. Also available for those seeking more privacy are easily deployable partitions and an optional aisle side door.

Jamco said it expected to have the Quest ready for installation in 2024 or early 2025.
