Scotland-based regional carrier Loganair has partnered with Mrs Tilly’s to offer passengers a sweet treat this September by distributing over half a tonne (54 kg) of Scottish tablet during flights.

As part of the Scottish Food and Drink September campaign, more than 6,000 bars of Mrs Tilly’s famous Scottish tablet will be served to airline customers on September 20 and 21.

The 2024 campaign, themed ‘Naturally Scottish’, celebrates the people and products that contribute to Scotland’s global reputation for food and drink excellence.

Organised by the Scotland Food and Drink Partnership, the initiative encourages businesses to form new connections to expand the industry.

Luke Lovegrove, chief commercial officer of Loganair, said: “This partnership is another way for us to reinforce our commitment to local Scottish businesses and promote the Scottish heritage of which we are immensely proud.”

Blair Paterson, managing director at Mrs Tilly’s, said: “We are delighted to partner with Loganair, Scotland’s airline, to celebrate Scottish Food and Drink September and to help make its passengers’ journeys just that little bit sweeter with our famous Scottish Tablet.”
