European LCC Wizz Air has announced the launch of Shop & Fly, an online shopping platform that provides personalised recommendations.
The airline has partnered with ‘intelligent shopping mall’ partner, InterLnkd, to curate a personalised shopping experience for customers. Through a fully integrated e-commerce store, passengers can not only browse a variety of fashion, beauty and retail brands ahead of their flight, but can purchase and have these items delivered directly to their homes ahead of their flight.

The app will utilise InterLnkd’s AI solution to analyse customers’ post-booking shopping habits and the destinations customers are flying to, curating recommendations for products, so that passengers can be prepared ahead of their flights.
