Cargo restraint, protection and safety systems company, AmSafe Bridport has created a new strategic partnership with spare parts distribution companies Proponent and Topcast to enhance their services with rapid response on a global basis.
The company says that this partnership is set to “lead the way” with the delivery of an aftermarket spares catalogue for a wide range of aftermarket products, including; belly-hold and bulk cargo nets (pictured above and below), barrier nets and cargo liner panels. This new strategic partnership is “well equipped” to meet the demands of all of the major aircraft OEMs, including Airbus, Boeing, Sukhoi, and Embraer.

Proponent is a value-added distributor based globally across 10 locations delivering parts on time, anywhere in the world. It claims to be the world’s largest independent aerospace distribution company with a product portfolio consisting of over 400,000 high-quality aircraft parts. Proponent will cater to AmSafe Bridport’s customers situated in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North and South America.

Topcast, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Hong Kong SAR, is an aircraft parts distributor and MRO service provider. Its strong global network of nineteen offices worldwide put them in the “best position” to serve as the distributor for AmSafe Bridport across the regions of Asia-Pacific and China.

To complement the services provided by its new aftermarket partners, AmSafe Bridport says that it also meets customer requirements for global MRO services of textile safety equipment as well as rafts, life vest, escape slides, survival kits and fly away kits. In addition, AmSafe Bridport’s spares portfolio includes aircraft escape slide and emergency oxygen cylinders.
