Air France KLM Martinair Cargo (AFKLMP) has announced it has started a new weekly freighter service between Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) and Dubai World Central (DWC).
The route will operate with a Boeing 747 freighter and the new service began on July 1.
AFKLMP announced that the new route provides onwards sea-air combinations at DWC, thanks to its proximity to the Port of Jebel Ali, along with same-day connections to the AFKLMP network.
The new service enhances AFKLMP’s network, providing a significant capacity upgrade for transporting larger shipments and optimised logistics operations between Europe and Dubai.
In a press release, AFKLMP said: “This new service underscores our ongoing commitment to providing innovative and efficient logistics solutions that satisfy our customers’ business requirements.”
