Finnair has selected Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) to provide cargo warehouse handling at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The deal also includes domestic trucking services and cargo reception points across France.
In addition to general cargoes, WFS’ full-service offering for Finnair in France will support the airline’s shipments of temperature-sensitive pharma cargoes, perishables and frozen shipments, valuable and vulnerable products, and dangerous goods.
Laurent Bernard, vice president of cargo France at WFS, said: “We are proud to welcome Finnair as a new customer of WFS in France.
“The airline and its customers will benefit from our ability to support the transportation of all suitable air cargo products.
“We look forward to supporting the growth and quality of Finnair’s cargo services on this important route between Helsinki and Paris, and its ability to provide a solution covering the whole of France.”
