TAP Air Portugal has expanded capacity on its air freight services between Portugal and São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) with the addition of a fourth routing under its GRU Connect product.

Alongside the existing GRU Direct service linking Lisbon and São Paulo, as well as the Via Fortaleza and Via Brasília options, the airline has now introduced a Via Salvador connection.

The new route operates seven weekly flights for air-to-air transport into Guarulhos, aimed at supporting rising cargo demand between Europe and Brazil.

With the added capacity, the carrier now offers a total of 37 weekly cargo flights to São Paulo, strengthening flexibility, reliability and speed for shippers trading between the two regions.
