Europe’s largest all-cargo airline Cargolux has signed a long-term deal with IBS Software to replace its cargo management system with the ‘iCargo solution’.

The SaaS solution will enable Cargolux to “deliver improved services and streamline customer experience” with “improved efficiencies” and “lean business processes”, according to IBS Software.

Cargolux’s CEO Richard Forson said: “Cargolux is in the midst of a digital transformation and the implementation of iCargo as our next generation cargo management sustem is another important step for us.”
