Virgin Atlantic Cargo has approved the use of Envirotainer’s ‘Releye’ RLP and RAP containers, as the airline continues to grow its pharmaceutical and life science offering.

The Releye solutions offer live tracking updates and feature technology to ensure consistent and evenly dispersed cooling, as well as utilising integrated live monitoring of temperature, humidity and product condition, Virgin Atlantic Cargo said.

The containers can maintain temperature for more than one week (170 hours).
