Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company GetJet Airlines has announced that Inga Duglas succeeds Rūta Kulvinskaitė as the company’s new chief executive, effective March 12, 2025.
Duglas brings over 15 years of aviation experience and joins GetJet Airlines from Magnetic Group where she served as chief commercial officer for the last four years.
Duglas is also the chairwoman of the board at the Civil Aviation Association (CAVIA) of Lithuania.
Duglas will focus on enhancing GetJet Airlines’ operational efficiency, particularly in aircraft acquisition and maintenance.
Her extensive background in aviation sales, business development, and strategic management is expected to expand GetJet Airlines’ international partnerships and strengthen its competitive position.
She will also focus on the company’s vertical growth by enhancing in-house capabilities and expanding the portfolio of technical services.

GetJet Airlines says the leadership transition marks a strategic shift for the company as it moves into its next phase of development.
