New Distribution Capability (NDC) content from Gulf carrier Emirates and improved servicing capabilities have been made available in the Travelport+ agency booking platform.
Users of the Travelport platform will be able to view and compare more dynamic NDC offers and ancillaries from the airline and offer a more personalised experience for travellers.
Travelport’s complete solution for Emirates also provides agents the ability to service NDC bookings, which includes modifications and cancellations.
The technology has been rolled out to all agency customers in Australia, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, and UK.
Access to Emirates NDC solution in Travelport+ will expand to agency customers located in additional countries in the coming weeks.
