GoJet to offer big incentive to attract pilots
U.S regional carrier GoJet is to introduce an incentive package to attract new pilots.
The Direct Entry Captain bonus package includes a $175,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $25,000 bonus for pilots with a Part 121 type-rating. This offer presents is to be paid out within the first 12 months without any contractual obligations or strings attached.
Adding to the compensation package, The airline also offers up to 18 years in longevity matching. This creates the potential to earn over $400,000 in the first year of employment.

GoJet is a regional carrier for United’s CRJ-500 and the airline offers a direct path to the United Airlines flight deck in as little as two years for DECs through the ‘Aviate’ programme.
