Register now to become a Best Place To Work In Aviation 2025

Aviation Business News is once again on the search for the aviation businesses that are considered by their employers to be the sector’s best places to work.

Registrations are now open for the Best Places To Work In Aviation 2025 awards, an accolade that will put your business out in front as you meet the challenge of people and talent.

Last year, seven firms were named our inaugural Best Places winners including Dublin-based aftermarket services specialist EirTrade Aviation, whose chief executive Ken Fitzgibbon said:

How Does It Work?

What we ask from you is simple. Employers are asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are asked to take a survey.

These elements allow us to collect direct information and honest feedback about your workplace.

The 2024 Best Places To Work In Aviation winners supplement

We need both pieces to conduct a thorough analysis of your organisation and complete a professional assessment to determine if you are one of the best.

We’ll take the data we collect and use it to produce company rankings and your individualised Employee Feedback Data Dashboard, which includes the information gathered from the surveys of your employees.

Are You Eligible To Enter?

There are a few requirements companies must meet to be eligible for our programme. You are eligible to participate if you:

  • Have at least 15 full-or part-time permanent employees
  • Are a publicly or privately held organisation
  • Operate in the aviation sector (60% plus revenues generated from aviation)
  • Predominantly supply services or products to the aviation sector
  • Have been in business for at least one year, at the programme registration deadline

There are three different ways companies can participate.

  • You can be an individual organisation with a Registered Company Number.
  • You can be the parent or holding company of more than one organisation, with one Registered Company Number for all subsidiaries. The parent or holding company must register with all employees employed by it.
  • You can be a subsidiary of a parent or holding company but register separately if each subsidiary has a different Registered Company Number. If you have more than one facility, branch, factory, office, or store, you must include all locations that operate under your Registered Company Number in the survey.
