Smartvel launches Explore&Go destination showcase platform claiming early success with Iberia

Destination content specialist Smartvel has officially unveiled Explore&Go for airlines claiming a 25% click through with one of its first launch partners Iberia.

Explore&Go is described as a fully immersive content platform that showcases destinations and increases conversions by aligning with customer preferences and traveller profiles.

Using the latest technology in real-time destination content, Explore&Go’s interactive map enables travellers to discover towns and cities around the world, with inspirational video, rich content and local information.

Users can explore each destination by applying filters that align with their interests such as skiing or beach holidays.

A white label solution, available through the airline’s website or App, presents every destination they serve, making the customer purchase decision easier and enhancing conversion rates.

Since going live with the platform, Smartvel has continued to adapt the solution to customer needs by integrating company rates, adjusting texts and visual elements according to promotional campaigns, and including features such as weather and top reasons to visit.

Explore&Go provides customer data including preferred destinations which enables airlines to create personalised strategies and enrich their CRM.
