Latam launches flexible ticket campaign on services between Europe and South America

Latam Airlines has introduced a new flexible booking offer that allows passengers to purchase tickets from Europe to any South American destination and receive a full refund in the event of a cancellation, including up to the moment of departure.

Encouraging customers to book with confidence, the campaign provides future holidaymakers with the assurance of complete flexible booking, including free cancellations and full refund options. Destinations on offer include Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Peru (pictured above).

The offer is valid on economy and business class fares between Europe and South America on purchases made between 10-31 March.

Last January, Latam Airlines launched a new cabin class for national and international flights in Latin America. The premium economy class was made available on all flights operated by the Airbus A320 family. Latam claims to be the only airline offering a premium service across its entire network. The network covers all 145 destinations, across 26 countries around the world.

Economy class passengers can opt for Latam+ Seats on most flights. The seats offer more space and reserved overhead bins. Meanwhile, premium business is available as an option on long-haul routes.

“Our goal is to continue being the first choice for customers in Latin America. We are launching a premium economy cabin, one of the most radical changes in terms of travel experience in Latam’s history,” explained chief customer officer Paulo Miranda.

He added: “As part of our commitment to offering more options, flexibility and personalisation to serve all journey types, the introduction of premium economy will provide the possibility to choose a superior service on all our flights.”

Latam Airlines Group is the leading airline group in Latin America, present in five domestic markets in the region: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, as well as international operations within Latin America and to Europe, the United States and the Caribbean.

The group has a fleet of Boeing 767, 777, 787, Airbus A350, A321, A320, A320neo and A319 aircraft.
