Asian carrier VietJet and Safran Seats have signed an agreement to equip up to 24,000 of its Z200 Economy class seat for 120 Boeing 737 MAX fleet. The first aircraft are planned for deliveries to Thai Vietjet starting mid-2024.
The Z200 is the latest addition to Safran Seats range for short and medium haul economy class seats. This new generation is one kilogram lighter than the previous one and will highly contribute to the airline long-term sustainability objective; in reducing fuel costs and carbon emissions.


The new seats include a device holder and USB ports.
