MRO specialist AerFin has appointed an experienced human resources expert to align its commercial ambitions with its people and culture.

Jo Rival joins as chief people officer, brining with her more than 20 years’ experience in areas such as aviation FMCG, energy and insurance.

She will be responsible for developing and implementing AerFin’s ‘People Strategy’, ensuring that people, culture and organisational plans are aligned to the company’s core values.

In her career to date she has advised and supported organisations through transformational growth developing effective people strategies in a variety of sectors.
