Direct Maintenance has opened a line maintenance station in Cologne-Bonn Airport in Germany.
The new station began operations on 1 July and is the fourth Direct Maintenance station in Germany (alongside Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg).
It will initially provide line maintenance services for 747, 757, 767 and MD-11 type aircraft, including a bespoke home-base line maintenance concept in supporting a logistic turnkey fleet operation.
Direct Maintenance, a Magnetic MRO company, will soon also provide line maintenance for Airbus (A320/A330/A350/A380), Boeing (737/787) and Embraer (Embraer 170/190) aircraft types.
“The recent launch of the new station in Cologne-Bonn Airport is indeed a great milestone for us – especially during turbulent times,” said Direct Maintenance head of sales Mandeep Rana.
“Our approach hasn’t change during the pandemic, as always we try to partner up for the long-term and to invest in the customers’ needs – and we continue looking into the new expansion opportunities.”
