Direct Maintenance expands in Germany with opening of two line maintenance stations

Magnetic MRO company Direct Maintenance has opened two line maintenance stations – at Frankfurt and Munich airports.

The stations will provide line maintenance services for a variety of narrowbody and widebody aircraft types, including 787s, 777s, A350s, A330s and A320s.

The openings represent expansion in Germany – the company began operating in Cologne Bonn Airport on 1 July 2021.

“This year, we have been and are still busy working out our future strategic plans on developing and growing Direct Maintenance in Germany and beyond,” said Direct Maintenance’s CEO and managing director Jacco Klerk.

“We are confident because of the ongoing customer service success our team deliver to our clients, staged re-emerging post-pandemic flights and changes in the German market thus we are proactively expanding within the region.

“Also, we will continue to support our ongoing investments in our existing stations, extending our capabilities to serve more aircraft types and airlines across a network of stations. Next to Germany, we do have more and other plans across Europe and Africa, too – and we are looking forward to announce further expansion in months to come.”
