DTX Aerospace adds A330ceo/neo support to growing MRO portfolio

DTX Aerospace Airframe Services has expanded its maintenance capabilities with the addition of Airbus A330ceo/neo support at its facility in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

The development marks a significant step in the company’s growth strategy and strengthens its position as a provider of structural and base maintenance services for both narrowbody and widebody aircraft.

The new capability builds on DTX Aerospace Airframe Services’ existing maintenance portfolio, which already includes Embraer E-Jets, Airbus A320ceo/neo aircraft, as well as Boeing 737 Classic and Next Generation platforms.

By adding the A330 family to its approved aircraft types, the company aims to broaden its support for regional and international operators while enhancing its full-service maintenance offering.

The Porto Alegre facility provides integrated support across airframe maintenance, components and engine services, complementing the company’s dedicated landing gear operation in Rio de Janeiro. The company said the expanded capability enables it to offer more comprehensive maintenance solutions spanning structural repairs and wider base maintenance requirements.

The new approvals are backed by certifications from key aviation authorities, including Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Alcides Conter, vice president operations – airframe at DTX Aerospace Airframe Services, said: “Our investment in A330ceo/neo hangar capability reflects both market demand and our long-term vision for growth. This development is just the beginning.

“As we continue to build on this foundation, we see strong potential to expand our footprint further, accommodate more aircraft, and continue developing Porto Alegre as a center of excellence for integrated maintenance solutions.”
