HAECO Composite Structures (Jinjiang) has entered into a consignment agreement with GA Innovation China (GAIC).
The agreement covers reconditioning services including inspection, test, repair, overhaul and upgrade/modification, as well as marketing, sales and exchange/loan services.
The companies said it was the first comprehensive aircraft asset management company in the Chinese mainland, with the aim of “cultivating an alliance of mutual growth”.
HAECO Composite Structures (Jinjiang) is a member of the HAECO Group and specialises in aerostructure repair for nacelles, radomes and flight control surfaces, with a full complement of rotable spares.
“This is a significant milestone to have GAIC as a strategic business partner in the Chinese mainland,” said HAECO Composite Services’ VP of MRO aftermarket services Chong Tatnyin. “Through this alliance we are poised to accelerate support and service not only to operators in the Chinese mainland but also to our global customers.”
