AJW Technique has been named as one of Montreal’s top employers.
An annual competition, organised by Canada’s Top 100 Employers, recognises 100 employers in the region that lead their industries in offering an “exceptional workplace experience”.
AJW Technique, which is AJW Group’s global component repair and overhaul operation, was evaluated on eight criteria, ranging from ‘Physical Workplace’, ‘Employee Communications’, ‘Performance Management’ and ‘’Training & Skills Development. Employers are compared to other organisations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and productive environment.
AJW Technique said it was grateful to its employees for their “commitment, dedication and loyalty. They excel in all areas, especially in teamwork and togetherness. This is what makes a strong business and a fulfilling environment, especially during unprecedented times.”
The company noted that it had developed more than 30 new capabilities in the past year alone, alongside promotions and solutions to improve customer profitability and response during Covid-19.
