Jewers Doors has officially opened its new purpose-built factory and office building in Biggleswade, UK.

Taking only 26 weeks to build, the new premises comprises 45,700sq ft of factory and over 12,000sq ft of office space. This is more than double the size of the company’s old site.

Jewers will use the workshop space to design and manufacture its range of industrial sliding folding doors, aircraft hangar doors and bespoke industrial door solutions.

“This is a hugely proud moment for the family, the company and our amazing employees, all of whom have worked incredibly hard to put the business in a position where we have been able to make this happen,” said managing director Chris Jewers.
